As someone from a country that hasn't completely implemented K to 12 yet... (Too many untrained teachers, lacking of materials) And no actual full k to 12 student batches had graduated yet...
Mind anyone explain to me how k to 12 system works? And what are your experiences with it?

K to 10 is basically kinder garden, 6 years of elementary and 4 years of high school (which I graduated with). According to what I read from a few compare to k to 12, unlike k to 10, based on my experience, there's no specializations. Elementary and High School is almost the same except on sides of maths and sciences changing in each year of high school, and sometimes schedules.
You can't "choose" vocational subjects, as it was treated as a separated thing from the basic thing in k to 10. Which means, to get a vocational course, you really have to go to a vocational school instead.

I have no other more clues how to 'compare' k to 10 from k to 12 systems aside from how long a student have to study... And the system itself is still debated around here. So I have to ask here if anyone won't mind...

Do not explain your social experiences. Because I know it's no different.

Reasons I asked this: 1. It's a big thing here. 2. Certain family friends whose children hasn't finished school may or may not have problems with this. They also want to know about this too. 3. I'm also curious.
