Should I take a break from Computer Science classes?

I am a computer science major at my local university, but lately it has been strongly recommended that I take classes outside of computer science. In other words, I have been asked to take linear time to stop and smell the roses.

In particular, my argument against those recommendations is that the courses in computer science that I have been taking have been keeping my GPA up. Additionally, given my diagnosis, I feel that computer science is the only thing I can do. I have been passing all my computer science courses so far since I began, and I can only apply problem-solving skills when dealing with what is on the computer, code in particular. I feel quite intimidated knowing that I will have to take my core sciences eventually, which, to be honest, I feel is quite pointless.

I know that in the end it's all up to me, but should I listen to their recommendations?

You do need to take a number of general education classes outside of your assigned major, otherwise you wouldn't be able to graduate with your degree. Assuming you are planing to attend University for all four years, my advice as a upcoming senior in University is to get those non-major required courses done and out of the way. You will want senior year to be as easy going as possible doing the courses you really enjoy doing, not stressing out over courses you aren't passionate about.
