Not sure what field to get into I'm so confused?!
Was thinking of going back to school for some tech based background stuff as most Aspies I'm not very social and my Criminal Justice BS is getting me no where CJ is SUPER SOCIAL! But I know ZERO ZIP NOTHING on tech. Like any casual I surf the web here Facebook etc. play video games but I have no idea what "programming" or html 5 or C++ OR what "computer language" is!! ! If it's anything like Spanish COUNT ME OUT! I speak ENGLISH thank You!
Also if it's any constellation looking on my Mac terminal and typing in codes for jailbreaking was SUPER CONFUSING to me.
I question what job would/do I want? Probably writing. You know college those 2,000+ 10 page papers??? You OMG! barely get one off the ground. ME!: Procrastinate 3 DAYS to DEADLINE start Friday DONE Monday (due Monday). Oh and 4,000+ and Oh! 12 pages BEAT THAT DUMB 2,000 WORD 10 PAGE "RULE" I LAUGH IN THE FACE OF RESEARCH PAPERS I SCOFF AT THEM! HA!
I wrote on my Asperger's for my history of philosophy course. The 2nd amendment on guns for CJ intro. and Autistics in the courtroom in the U.K. (that was a FUN ONE!) ALL! Were above the word/page limit and YES waited until last minute I LOVED writing each of them! I just flow with ideas and was ok/good under that pressure just flowing with ideas!! !!
Research research research! I type it in my head as I type here right now. I'm always thinking how do I want to word this what to I want to convey or tell to the "idiot" professor basically he/she doesn't know about *insert* above topics so I could I make it a fun/interesting read and they can in turn "learn" something from my writings?
Got my Bachelor in CJ what job to look for with above interest I have NO IDEA! (tried an academic research site grammar isn't the best SHOT DOWN!)
Have you thought about becoming a paralegal? I'm not sure where it would fall on the social scale of things (you'd probably have to deal with a few people in an office setting, although some paralegals are freelance/work from home) but I know you have to be a good writer and have good attention to detail as well as analytical skills. You'd have to be quite organized (or learn to be). I have a good friend who is a lawyer and I've known some of her paralegals- they all seemed to be "aspie types". A degree in CJ would be relevant and helpful in further training. It's a pretty demanding job I think, but the pay can be pretty good too.
Good luck!
