Ever run away from school?

I did all the time in high school, because I couldn't take what was going on.

I've done it too many times to count. The last time was actually this Tuesday, but one of the teachers saw me and forced me to go and talk to the principal :/

I wanted to in middle school many times, but since you could see my house from the school and there was a very busy main road in the way, I don't think it would have worked.

I never have, but sometimes I hide in the corner during gym.

Wow. Never had the guts. Then again, I only showed up for half the days.

Lots of times... unfortunately it didn't stop there. I also ran away from home, and continued the trend as an adult! I would pick up and leave and just go to anouther place get another job and start again. Diagnosis helped me understand why I did it too. I am really surprised that I didn't end up as a bag lady... although I would have made a very good one I'm sure.

I wanted to, especially the years my evil, er, I men big brother was in a different school. everyone was too scared of him to even try to pick on me

Yes, when I was due to perform my solos in the school play, 'Oh What A Lovely War'. My parents dropped me off halfway down the drive.. I waited then exited and walked all the way to the rollerskating rink I loved so much. Got into a lot of trouble. I just didn't expect the reaction I got.

In elementary school, I used to running away.

I have never ran away from school, but I did always consider doing it. I just had that sort of daydreamy argument inside my head, the whole guilt vs. instinct thing, but I never 'pegged it'. I have however stayed at home when I should've gone to school as depression started to mount up. My old school started to become a sort of physical nightmare, it started to seem like I was the only sane person there, and everybody else thought it was cool to be a twat, basically.

I am now going to an education support centre, and have been going there for just under a year with 100% attendance. I am now very happy

i ran away today, yesterday, friday, wedensday, tuesday, didnt go to school on monday thoughi run away alot of the time........

I never went to the same school as my big brothers, but I did go to the same school for a couple of years with my big sister. She used to get her friends and other kids to pick on me and even though I would tell our parents and she wouldn't deny it, they wouldn't in any way punish her, yet the often punished me for any reason they could dream up. They didn't believe in punishing girls, so for it, whatever she wanted to do she could do. They'd tell her not to do things a sometimes, but since there were no consequences for her, she only complied with that or anything else they wanted her to do when she felt like it.

I have many times. But I didn't run; I walked.

I also skipped classes,and would hide in the bathroom or library.

I was having a crappy day once so I walked out of class and went home.

I skip classes several times in college because I either can't sit in class for two hours, or it's so pointless that I can learn what was lectured about at home.
