I am not the only guy in the class with a serious face, I laugh and smile too sometimes and I don't perceive myself as too serious. Some professors said that I am too serious or why don't I smile. So out of all the classmates I was picked to be the most serious one. One professor imitated my "serious face" on the verge of an angry face. Is this how neurotypical people perceive me because I have PDD-NOS (mild autism)? Would this "seriousness" be perceived the same on a neurotypical person?

I don't know. I used to get the same sort of response from people. But regardless, I think it's inappropriate for the professor to point that out, and also unprofessional.
