How do I deal with this?
I realise much of the specifics of this post might not make sense but it's not important in understanding the situation and problem I'm having with it. This is an email I've just sent to my mentor at uni but with it being a saturday and in the hope of getting a quicker response from someone on here, I thought I'd post it and see if anyone had any advise.
Here it is:
'I have today designated to work on the CP1 work as discussed, which is answering the question of whether the recommendations from the inquiry into Winterbourne View have been successful, to be put towards my groups powerpoint presentation for next Tuesday. I am panicking a bit about how to manage this now because I have gotten nowhere and I still haven't figured out how to answer the question and produce my part for the powerpoint. I'm not sure how to explain my difficulty with it but I just don't know how to answer the question. It's too big, it seems like there's too much information to comprehend in answering the question, I don't know where to start. I have looked through the powerpoint the guy in my group emailed me, which I've attached but it doesn't really help me in doing my bit. Maybe I don't need to be getting as stressed as I am about it, it isn't formally assessed but if I can't do it, I don't really know what to do.'
I don't mean to seem stupid, it's just overwhelming
