By the way, I spotted an inconsistency in your story already. In the second paragraph, you said that "His aunt came in with aid ...". Then you said that "No one but the teacher step in ...". Was it just his aunt or just the teacher that came to his defense? Both? Is the teacher also his aunt?
I already warned them to hire a lawyer ASAP before it's too late. I hope they do now.
What I'm saying is his aunt already came into defending him because you got to understand. if someone told my child about faking his disabilities which he/she do, i would of called him out real quickly. People around the class beside the aunt didn't step in there but the teacher did. It was a quick typo of mine that's all.
I was there at the end of it and he thanks me for being there. He told me everything (and his aunt too) about what's going on. This isn't even made up and that's my best friend! I don't like watching someone else suffer from injustice.
