I am thoroughly annoyed with the people in my high school. Especially those in my year. They suck. Sure, a few people are awesome and many I do not care about, but most suck. On Monday in RE, we were debating about ghosts and when I said something about one time feeling a tap on the head when no one else was there everyone started laughing. And then some knuckle-dragging dullard starting poking my head. Since then the morons have been taking the piss out of me for it which has really annoyed me as I cannot understand what is so funny about being tapped on the head by something that could have been a ghost.

Yesterday I got into an argument with some fat blob called Mitchell Phillips and he and his chav-scum friends started waddling after me and insulting me. So generally my year sucks. Oh well. I have the Easter holiday to sleep, drink, and listen to good music.

When did this happen? Was it with a group and you could only feel it?
Please give more details. This is why they may have laughed at you.

well generally if you get into arguments with people about things like those in a school (where everyone is immature) they will do that sort of thing. In school I just shutup, and was generally treated like everyone else.

Those who are hassling you have one finger pointed at you and 3 pointed back at themselves, I don't know of anybody who hasn't had some unexplained supernatural instance or situation that happend to them that they did not have a logical reasoning behind it. Some scarey some not. Shame on them for not having the courage to either back you our leave you alone. But don't call them ret*ds, because mentally ret*d people take great offense to that. And believe me they are alot nicer to hang out with then those people who pick on you.

With the wierd event, it was a couple of years ago and there seems to be no logical solution as nothing could have fallen onto my head, the windows were shut etc. I remember it perfectly. I was by myself in my room at around four in the morning playing on the final scenario of the Egyptian campaign on AOE on a small laptop when something tapped my head gently.

Now to the bullying. The only reason why I get into these arguments is generally because people push me to the limit where I just snap at them and what not after they have been laughing at me or my friends.

I'm no longer in high school, but when I was, I found it much easier to get along with the people in other grades than in my own. I'm finding the same tends to hold true at university.

It is slightly similar for me, although now most people in the lower years either suck or are freakishly short, which is unnerving.

I don't mind so much that everyone, in my year(that i have met), is dumber than a ton of bricks, however i DO mind that they seem to think wanting to learn is a bad thing. And that you should treat those who want to learn poorly.

When I was in High School, I though people in my grade were not mature.

I'm currently finishing up my junior year in high school. (I could have easily been a senior this year, but they decided to hold be back a year because of my AS.) Almost all of my friends are either graduating this year or were freshmen or sophomores this year. Also, most of my online friends, with the exception of Vana, are all either a few years younger than I am or older. You guys aren't alone. :)

Sometimes I think to myself: are people getting stupider every generation? I'm in year 9 at high school, which is 13 - 14 year olds. A lot of people in my school are what you call "chavs". Most of them are stupid and the ones that arent dont use their intelligence and act stupid. Most of them are also bullies. They smoke, drink and do "other things" if you know what I meen. I hate the lot of them :x , they lack the slightest sub-atomic particle of common sense.

Anyway, I sometimes think: if this is what the next adult generation is going to be like, then what is the world coming to?

At my school, there is a wide array of people. There are people who are very intelligent, and possibly even geniuses (one girl got accepted into Harvard) and then there are people who are dumber than a bag of rocks. Unfortunately for me, most of the smart people have little or no social problems, and they've all been in the same school since Kindergarten, whereas I started in 9th grade, so I'm quite a loner, but I don't mind. I sometimes hang out with the druggies and nerds, and they're mostly younger than me, but other than that, I just talk in class, or respond when spoken to.

they probably thought you were joking

I have been tapped on the shoulder while getting high in my basement, I turned around and there was no one there.

Personally, i don't believe in ghosts or god or anything like that. I was tapped on the shoulder by nothing because I was high and halloucinating.

there is always a perfectly logical and scientific explanation for why things like that happen.

All of my friends at school were either older or younger than I was.
