Failed my math oral exam.

Yes, it was a total disaster. After being handed the sheet with assignments I choked after the examinator intervened on multiple occasions. He would snatch my notes before I could properly express myself mathematically, and tell me ‘This is wrong’. I wish I could’ve just explained that for me part of the problem-solving process is to just write down anything that pops in my mind, and judge from there. How do you guys deal with these kind of high stress social situations? I just seem to completely shut down.

I guess there is not a lot you can do except to explain that your mind does not work well with exams that are done in this form.
