why i can't make group work??

i'm a very good student and i do very well when i'm working alone. but most of times i do group work everyone seems super lazy and stupid and i just can't stand working with them! but i think when they are without me, they aren't so lazy and stupid, so maybe it's me who don't inspire them to work better? i don't know what happens. the average of my class is good, but every group i get in, people seem so bad.

i really want to be able to work in group

this week we had a seminar and it was about open space system on urban planning. we had such a great book to read but they didn't seem to care and didn't even read everything. i made a timeline for the developing of open spaces in city, i made a few maps high lighting the free spaces in our city and how they are connected with themselves and the rest of the structures in the city and i had a lot of fun with it... but their part was just a boring and stupid copy and paste of some parts of the books without any thought or application

i don't know if they are just disinterested or it's because i'm not a good partner

i feel so annoyed because i love the things i study (that's why i'm studying it!!) and i don't get why other people don't show the same excitement

I dislike group work too, though instead of me doing the I work someone else’s ends up doing it without notifying anyone else.

The next thing I know the entire project is turned in. No communication what so ever.
