Threat of dropping out of school 3th time

I'm having troubles with going to school lately. And I'm at risk of dropping out yet another year of school. This would be the 3th time and the real pain of this is that it happens in the middle of the year every time when I have mostly A's as grades. And now all that work is wasted. I've already got pshychological help I now talk with a doctor every week but he now has a new job, but he will be replaced soon. Help please.
