I'm doing an internship for college. Need some ideas/suggestions. I was just wondering if anyone has any interesting ideas about the best way to teach kids with Asperger's Syndrome. Our client (Scott) is amoung his class and is not in Special Ed. The trouble is taking notes and ''translating'' them into what he can understand. Any ideas? We want to get him the information in the way he best learns.

We are also looking for a electronic type notepad which he can easily take notes. We want to develop a short-hand language for him (ie. sci = science, kft = know for test) Laptop might work, pda might work. I was just wondering if there are any other items that would be helpful. Thanks for the help. Personal experiences would be a great thing to share.
