I've just heard back that my conditional offer at University has just become an unconditional! This is such a relief for me, because I've read the letter I received thoroughly and it turns out that even if I don't quite get the grades I want for my maths and English language GCSEs, I'll still have a place!

Congratulations Lost_dragon! That's great news- I'm so glad you're in, no matter what . What will you be studying?

I'll be doing a variety of things since I'm doing a foundation year, but I will mostly be working on creating digital media, and video editing.

Once I complete my foundation year, I will most likely specialise in a full degree for 3 to 4 years.

...I have little time left here at this library, and so I'll say some stuff related to my thwarted uni ambitions here, since I have brought it up here ...My attempt to get into City College of San Francisco for the Fall semester that begins, in fact, after this Friday feel through due to workers who first said they would help me apply and then went back on it 100% ...Granted, especially with my brother's death, it likely would not have happened anyway ...But, due to contacting them, I have been receiving E-mails from California state system universities, including UC Santa Cruz, the town where i lived for s everal years.
Because of a dispute I have with the state of California, I believe I cannot go to any CA state universities, anyway...

Sounds like you might have made a resolution with the SF library system.
