I can't stand the classmates in my German II class!

Hallo. In my German II class, I am very frustrated because I am very passionate about wanting to improve my German skills, but I can barely learn anything because the classmates are loud as hell, and it makes it very difficult to pay attention to the teacher. I am trying my best not to be so controlling over the students, but I really wish most of the noise would stop so I could learn more! And I am having trouble telling myself to try and tell the teacher about my frustration. I don't know what to do now. Any advice?
