There is no getting around it, you guys got screwed. You had the campus part of your life
end suddenly without warning. You might not get to experience what every graduating class before you has the right of passage known as the graduation ceremony. I understand some schools are having the ceremony at a later date but who knows if that will happen. If you can make it better late then never but many especially graduates who went away to college will not want to or will be able to afford to stop wherever they are in their lives at that point to travel back to their alma mater. So while of course the others have been affected by the pandemic worse then you what happened to you really, really sucks. I am very sorry you had to endure this.

While you have had a lot taken from you what can never be taken away from you is the achievement the graduation ceremony was meant to celebrate. You did it, you graduated. Besides the terrible ending you went to school at time the country is as divided as it has been in a half a century, you had to deal with active shooter drills if not active shooters. And you did it while dealing with all the autism issues.

CONGRATULATIONS!!

Nice post. I agree! Congrats to all those graduating, including several of my cousins' children graduating from Uni and high school around the world this year. One cousin has three kids graduating all this year. They took pictures in their formal wear with no parties, mortarboards, or degrees.

I'm suddenly compelled to watch Animal House.
