It has just been reported that a engineeting prof in Nottingham has been working in a Wine shop becuase he loves wine so much.

Has anyone else heard of any exotic second jobs with academics and profs have taken.

Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.

I believe this is very common.

ALL of my band directors in high school played in a band together. They were pretty good actually.

One of my math professors (who I think actually has AS) has an obsession with aliens and UFOs and it wouldn't surprise me if he went on some UFO hunting trips.

My algorithms professor owned his own consulting company that works almost strictly with poker websites.

Professors are just people, after all.
