I keep having this recurring dream about college. In it I'm reaching the final weeks of the semester and I can't help but think to myself that I'm forgetting something. Each morning when I get up and make a run down of what I have to do that day I just know I'm forgetting something.

The dream wears on, and finally it hits me.

I forgot to go to one of my classes for the entire semester!

Freaky

It actually had happened to me. And no, not in a dream.

Oddly enough, I had that nightmare while in college and for a few years after.

Horrible.

I signed up for the course in January, and next time my mind decided to get back to that topic was around mid June. The course was "World Cinema", and was not a core requirement for a computer science major. Still, I needed credits for "social sciences". The course was tought in a movie theater: an hour-long boring lecture plus 2 movies each week. I signed up for it the next semester, and even attended 2 lectures and 1 movie ("Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid"). To my excuse I may add that I had other classes at the same time.
