So I'll be going to college in the next year or so and I was wondering if anyone knew of any 4-year colleges they'd reccomend.

I'm basically looking for a good female to male ratio, I've spent the last 5 years on military installations and the odds have not been in my favor. I'm getting out in 5 months and I'm about 20 hours away from an associate's in nursing. I'm not looking for a real party scene (in fact I'd prefer a dry campus). I'm not ivy league material, but I maintain decent grades.

I'd appreciate any help I can get on this, I've spent the last 5 years around guys mostly, it'll be nice to even things out again.

I attend the Camden (it's not nearly as bad as they say) branch of Rutgers University, and I am really enjoying my time there. It's got a good reputation, there's basically no party scene, and it's small size (>5000 students) makes working with faculty really easy to get involved in. Plus, it's only really moderately competitive; if you have half-decent credentials, you'll probably get in.

So it's the only university I can speak for, but yeah, I recommend it.

Well, if you want a REALLY dry campus, you could always check out Brigham Young University. Can't get much "drier" than that.

Lots of women on campus, but it's a big school (35,000, I think).

come to Indiana Wesleyan. There are so many girls here. The ratio now is like 4:1!

I think University of Chicago, University of St. Louis Missouri should suffice for you.
