Hey, I have ADD and Aspergers. I need some tips on remembering things, such as writing in my planner and remembering to check it. Remembering to remember seems to be my problem summed up nicely. Any tips?

Hi man and welcome to WP :)

I'd suggest getting a small notebook that fits in the back of your pocket (jeans for example), so
if you carry it around you all the time, it'll be easier for you to remember to write something.

hope it helps :)

I always carry around a small notepad in my pocket to write things down that I need to remember, though I still tend to forget things in there. Now if I really need to remember something, I just write it one my hands.

Make to-do lists and calendars on websites like "Google Calendar" or "Remember The Milk"

then you can set those sites up to email you or text message you when you want, to remind you to do things. that way, especially in a long day, you can still get reminders when you need them.
