I have the same problem, idk if you can get into the school or not, but i'll tell you my Sit-Rep, i have School-Phobia and to be honest i tend to feel very much like .. well i will leave that out of this .. I can't even make it to a class i will stop and start balling and as my mom whom is stressed is pulling me im pulling back and yelling at her that she needs to stop ( I'm 15, Male, and very big not fat but "very impossing" and " unconsiously i always seem to glare ( dont no why )". So yeah with that wonderous roll up, i understand very much what your feeling, i can barley manage one class, at home, online, no contact with others, so your doing a heck of alot better than i am. I'm not here to say that i have some huge problem and how bad it is, i just want you to know your not alone.
As for coping with school, i usually sit/lay down for a few mins to calm down, or listen to my favorite music, heck some times i just tell my mom to leave me alone for 10-15 mins while i just sit in my room with the lights off and i just think about anything that makes me feel calm. However thats how i cope, you may have other ways of destressing or find other ways if so use them, the best coping tool is the one you like the most
