Hi! I'm a first year uni student at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane and I was just wondering if there are any other aspies out there at QUT so I can meet some like-minded people? I'm in a drama degree at the moment, so I'm really in the wrong course to be meeting others with ASD

Any other ASD QUT students out there?

Ex-QUT. Transferred to Griffith after 2 fruitless years at QUT.

Which campus were you on and what didn't you like about QUT? Also, what are you/were you studying?

Gardens Point. I was doing, at first, an astrophysics degree (my first semester is what people would call an 'epic fail'), and then a health degree. I left QUT partly because I was commuting from the Gold Coast every day. And I found that I could do a health degree very easily at Griffith without the need to commute (I only went to QUT to study astrophysics in the first place, but when I failed, I had to choose something more within my scope).

I now have a Bachelor's in Health Science and a Master's Degree in Medical Research.

I'm a current Gardens Point student.

I have ADHD, but no autism spectrum disorder.

I'm studying software engineering.
