I've been saving my money, and I'm trying to get a laptop the week after christmas becuase of the super deals. Is there any good gaming laptops that are cheap and can proform fast? Please let me know.

Don't get an Acer, whatever you do. My mom has one, and no one dares touch it for it's crappyness. Anything with a Pentium 4 chip or better would do.

Playing games on laptops isn't something I recommend doing. Even high end laptops ($800 and up) struggle to play games.

Haha this sounds like me some months ago...

My little brother bought a pretty cheap GAMING laptop for around €800 (Thats cheap for a gaming laptop) and i bought a desktop PC for the same amount of money. For around €800 you get a far better desktop PC for gaming. I can max the BF3 beta. While my little brother has to do with MEDIUM! settings.

So really, don`t go for a laptop, a desktop PC for the same money blows equally priced laptops out of the water.

Thats ignoring the overheating issues and the shorter life-span of laptops.
