how do you deal with the dentist, do you get sedation or gas or do they use a papoose board do you cry i do sometimes do you go too a kids dentist or regular dentist .............?

I need a dentist so very badly but fear and sensory issues keep me from going. I am way too old to go to a kid's dentist and adult dentists do not understand the mind of an ASD client. I guess I wait until they have to pull all of them at once so I only have to deal with it once.
