Minecraft or Runescape?

Do you like Minecraft or Runescape more? Both are games made in Europe. Runescape is more inter-nationaly know. I personaly have played Runescape for three or four years. I have been playing Mincraft for four months. I cannot say which one I like more, I love them both!

I use the forums (username: PurpleKiwi), wiki (also PurpleKiwi), and I used to even make my own mods!

I also made a Minecraft-like game on Roblox called CaveRunner, which focuses more on engineering stuff and fighting in team games (where I'm also PurpleKiwi)

I think it's interesting that Runescape is more well-known, has more players, and is played more world-wide, but people seem to like Minecraft better, which is mainly popular in Sweden. Just a comment!

I voted runescape, but thats only because I've been playing it for about 5 years, and I havn't played minecraft. (yet)

Just to point out, it is almost impossible to compare the two games as they are nothing alike and simply weren't made to be.


Mindcraft - isn't really even a game it is a sandbox application twitched into a so-called game.

Runescape - on the other hand is a game and a great one at that. MMORPG to be specific.

Minecraft. I just prefer it.

I've played runescape for years and this is my fifth year.
But for minecraft, its just a couple of weeks!
I think I'll Prefer Minecraft better.

For Runescape, its been a long time since playing runescape (almost a year).Runescape has changed alot when I log in and, I still hate members. Actually, you don't have to be a member in Runescape to have more fun.

And minecraft, you can be very creative when playing, even your not in creative mode!
You can imagine your dream house or anything else, and build your 'dream' in minecraft. Minecraft is still better for me.

I like both, but for me, Minecraft can get pretty boring, usually within an hour or two.

Minecraft, I'm not a MMORPG guy, but I stilled played my fair share of them, I think I'm level 74 in Runescape, and in WoW I'm level 60. Never again, I can't afford monthly subscriptions.
