Yes, one time after an out of body dream... I thought I was suffocating!

I had a dream I was on a war field and had it. It really scared me. And the dream was so real, too!

Yeah, a few times. First time I was 6 and had dreamt clowns drugged me and I couldn't move, so waking up to that made me lose my freaking mind. Last time, I had just gotten up from the lamest dream ever (was at Camp Crystal Lake on Friday the 13th and nobody died and we did normal crap) when I found I couldn't move or breath. Scares the living hell out of me everytime.

You can induce it yourself if you want to have a go.

At night, lie on your back and lie still. Eyes closed. Do your best not to move your arms or legs. Keep your mind active by counting or something. Eventually you'll start to feel it. I never got to the point where I couldn't move at all but it makes it a lot harder.

I have. Every time I have a disturbing dream, my body moves uncontrollably{ and painfully }, then afterward, I just lay paralized and can't get up if I feel the need to.
