This description of an endomorph from http://www.bodybuildingpro.com/bodytypeinformation.html fits me almost to a tee:
Quote:
The body of the extreme endomorph is round and soft. The physique presents the illusion that much of the mass has been concentrated in the abdominal area. This may or may not be true. The arms and legs of the extreme endomorph are short in length and taper. This may give the appearance of stalkiness. The hands and feet of the endomorph are comparatively small, and the upper arms and thighs are often more developed than the lower parts of the arms or legs. The body has a high waist.
My metabolism, however, is not particularly "slow," as I currently appear a bit "boney" despite not restricting my diet too severely (my meals are healthy, but I do eat my sweets), and I have a naturally petite stature; thus, I appear to be a slight ectomorph at the moment. I also have the "ectomorph personality (intelligent but fearful)" as described by William Hebert Sheldon.
Though weight fluctuates easily in both directions, I have never had terribly much muscle mass, especially in my arms.
Is it possible that I am somehow an endo/ectomorph mixture?
