On what wrist do you wear your watch(es)?

I'm right-handed, but I wear my wrist on my left. However, I rarely wear them these days because my iTouch and smartphones both have a clock; if I wear a watch, it is mainly for show.

I usually wear a watch (or a bracelet) on my right wrist.

i'm left handed...wear my watch on my right hand.

Left, but I'm getting more and more used to not wearing one at all. My phone has a clock in it, my iPod has a clock in it, there hardly seems a point in wearing a watch anymore.

I never wear watches. They catch on the pocket of my jeans every time I put my hand in it, and just feel annoying in general.

for about 6 months I [a lefty] wore my watch on my right hand as my left was healing from an accident, but once healing manifested, I switched back to my normal lefty watching wearing mode.

I am ambidextrous and normally wear my bracelets on my right hand. I hardly ever wear watches because I prefer bracelets and don't want to over-accessorize. I normally use my phone as my clock or watch the clock at school.

I can't stand wearing watches, or any other kind of jewelry. I can't stand the pressure watch bands put on my wrists, as well as the weight put on my fingers by rings.

my 40-year-old Seiko has a nice Velcro cloth band so there is very little constricting wrist pressure. I like it.

I remember my friend telling me that I have to wear my watch on my left wrist since I write with my right hand most of the time. Okay...?

I usually alternate.

Right. With the dial on the inner wrist instead of facing out. It's always felt more natural to me to look at the inside of my wrist than the outside when I want to know the time. Although these days it's more for show.

You should have a "Neither, if possible" option. Many people on the spectrum have a sensitivity to such things.

I'm one of them. I grew up when everybody wore a watch, but it never felt right to me. I carried a pocket watch for many years, then switched to the kind with a carabiner clip for attaching to a belt loop when they became available. Now I just rely on my iPhone.

watches are loads cheaper than anything else. one doesn't have to pay a monthly fee to use one's watch. that is why one will remain on my left wrist until the cows come home.

I have to have a watch, and wear it on my left wrist. It's almost always a Timex Indiglow, and it must have a calendar option. My phone is always so buried in my purse that I'm lucky to get to it before it stops ringing, so a watch it is...
