I think we only have BBC Battle of the Proms show being airborne but our Olympics of 2012 were some really if not extremely great fireworks, one I don't think i'll ever forget, and I keep on my DVD Boxset.

I love fireworks only because of the shapes, colors, and patterns. I despise the noise though.

I find fireworks as a nice, socially acceptable visual stim.

Not too fond of the noise, though. Youtube videos of fireworks on mute are intriguing.

I don't like fireworks and then seem to cause distress for a lot of animals too.

I believe fireworks are incredibly dangerous and should be banned from public sale. I hate them!!

I both love and hate them. They’re really pretty, sure, but they’re also very bright and very loud. Plus the venue where I typically get to see them (for Independence Day) is always jam-packed, plus children running around and screaming. It’s sensory torture leading up to it, and I always have to decide whether or not I think it’s worth it.

I like it and it's tradition on new years event. I buy a lot myself then. Nice way of burning money.
It's not allowed on any other days without a lot of bureaucracy here. The one they sell here is quite safe.

I hate fireworks and noisy places with sudden loud bangs. When parents or my brother who has children came up here to do fireworks, I would be in the house and not want to be anywhere near them. When young, I would stick my fingers in my ears and want to close my eyes when my Dad hammered a nail in a piece of wood and I would be told off for doing it as I was supposed to be holding the wood! (My Dad was a carpenter). Anyway. Me and loud bangs don't mix, even if I expect the loud bang would take place.

I love them. I just bought a large box of them for the 4th of July. Noise doesn't bother me since I am half deaf myself.

I think they should be banned. Fireworks spread chemicals, scare the crap out of many animals (wildlife and pets alike), and cause fire and injuries every year.

Some pretty colors in the sky isn't worth the problems they cause.

Disney always has great fireworks displays.
