170cm 60kg I would say slim. But people here where I live are mostly not-fat. We don't eat as much junk food and love the outdoors and staying active. Being fit is also valued and gyms are popular.

My body fat content may range in the normal category, but my body build is definitely not in any average or common range. I can't fit in most regular clothing or shoe sizes. To look decent, I need almost every clothing piece tailored to fit my odd proportions.

Interesting - so far the poll is showing that there is a much lower percepntage of overweight people in the ASD community than society as a whole.

It's kind of early to start generalizing when we only have a sample size of 35.

More of a stocky person over here. I've slimmed down body fat wise but I've gained a lot of weight in muscle. A little bit overweight for my height still, but it's gotten better.

A few extra pounds, although I have been told many times to gain/lose weight.

6'1-ish and easily going at 275-ish pounds. I have no idea what my BMI is (well, I could calculate, but I don't feel that's a fair assessment).

I've talked body types and physique with a friend of mine who was into bodybuilding and such; my main area that's a problem seems to be that I have excess fat at my belly, one of those areas that's hard to work on anyway. Aside from that I'm quite proportioned. I usually work out every other day for roughly an hour doing a mix of cardio as well as some weights.

So I'm relatively muscular with some padding, lol.

I used to be severely obese. Now I have a normal BMI, but probably still high body fat percentage.
