It seems that most of the answers are for blue. The most common eye colour is brown from what I remember, so that's interesting.

Mine are gray, which is close to blue.

green as two peeled green grapes. when I was actively drinking I had orange rings around the pupils. In just two years sober they were clear green again.

I think that has something to do with this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kayser-Fleischer_ring. Especially since alcohol affects the liver and this is related to liver problems. It might not be though.
