Green.

Is the OP keeping a record of this? :? Haven't noticed a poll, or any means of organising the data.

My eyes are hazel coloured with yellow rings around the irises (irees? whatever.) I've been told they look like cats eyes (they tend to glow in the dark) and are quite effeminate. Other people have said I look stoned.

dark hazel
not exactly brown, they change depending on mood, clothing, and lighting, but kind of dark most of the time to be considered hazel

My mom always told me when I was a kid that they were mucky. She still tells me that actually.

I also have blue hazel eyes, as I call them, i.e. they will shift between gray, blues, and green. Usually they tend toward a moss green-gray....though when I get annoyed they apparently abruptly flash to steel color...I also have a few, and I mean like 3 per eye, visible brown flecks...My dad has near black hair and hazel eyes, mom is blonde and blue-eyed; yet both my sister and I ended up dark blondes with originally blue eyes, my sister has a green slash in one eye, but hers are otherwise fixed in color.. but I think junior high genetics lied to me!! :)

Brown for me. They used to be VERY dark brown when I was a kiddie, but now they are more on the honey-auburn side.
