As a negative blood type, I had to get shots during my pregnancies and after each of my kids that was born with a positive blood type. If you do not do this, then your body can build a resistance to the positive RH factor and will try to reject any positive blood type babies.
I know. My aunts did the same. On mom side i have many aunts with RH -
Luckily mine is + (well, at least is just a shot)
