Both. I normally have a latte in the morning, and then tea or hot chocolate later on if I want a hot drink. If I go to a cafe, I'll have a flavoured latte, unless it's the tea house and then I'll have a chai tea.

Ive just this week stopped drinking coffee at work.
My latest concoction is:-

Green tea with honey and Stinging Nettle juice and Whey protein. Hot.

Its actually quite nice, the stinging nettle juice is said to give you 9 out of your 10 minerals, and the Whet protein works as milk, but I am trying to add muscle so I just added everything to my flask and shake it up!

Two mugs of hot instant coffee in the morning with soymilk...then either decaf or plain water for the rest of the day. Occasional tea - nothing fruity or sweet. Earl Grey is nice once in a while.
NO caffeine after noon, or I'm up until 3 am.

I drink tea. My favorite kinds are oolong, pu-erh, and white, which probably is most of the tea out there that isn't green, black, or flavored.

Always been a (unhealthily) heavy diet pop drinker. At age 17 I started slurping Green tea & never looked back.

Also like black or green chai lattes & vanilla chai frappes.
