I think my social anxiety was more a result of autistic social issues, than true social anxiety.

Depression, social anxiety, generalized anxiety and PTSD plus I may have adhd...cause I have a hard time focusing and lose things all the time.
I think the autism fights with the ADHD though, as my Autism wants me to keep things organized in a particular manner, but the ADHD means I can't focus on keeping things that organized...so I am stuck between wanting to organize things better as my autistic brain would prefer that but then my ADHD makes it to where I cant focus on doing that and just get distracted by whatever seems most interesting at the moment.
Not certain I have Adhd since I keep putting off going to a doctor about it, idk I am worried about being seen as some drug seeker when I just would really want guidence on how to manage ADHD even without medication, like I just want to know if I for sure have it or not and if not medication what else I can do about it. Cause it for sure makes my life hard at times being so forgetful and such.

I'm actually dx'd ADHD and have been for several years, but I firmly believe it's a misdiagnosis and that ASD explains my symptoms far better
