I guess you ought to split physical into elapsed local time and physiological age. (My local time age is 58, but my body behaves more like 30).

Next split mental age in various fashions. For my specialist subject, versus Mr. Average, I'd weigh in at a couple of centuries, so far. For my SKQ (Sports Knowledge Quotient) I'd be -23.

My shoe size is 8... or is it 9... or 8... or 9... one or the other, usually.
