I come from a family of 4 males 3 of which have AS and they all are very long and slender, could eat 10 bigmac value meals a day and still be skin and bones, so they are definitely ectomorphs. I'm the only exception and would have to say I'm more of the mesomorph body type, so naturally more muscular but I do gain bodyfat if I'm not mindful of my eating habits and activity level.

I was one of those ectomorphs when younger, who could eat a French-fried Shetland pony for supper and a pie for dessert. not anymore.

my weight has fluctuated by up to 50 pounds, over the last 3 decades. now I'm in the middle of the curve. just at the edge of what the BMI says is acceptable, 24. but dr. joel Fuhrman goes much further, he says over 22 is fat.

I weigh 227 now so I've lost some weight. I also measured my waist wrong. So, my waist is 42".

So 5'2, 227 pounds.

What exactly did you do to lose weight? I'm hoping to lose a little bit too.

not all calories are created equal, the refined carbs do more harm than any other kind. give those up, substitute fresh large salad daily, and the weight will come off as it did for me.

I'm 5'6" tall. In October I started to try to lose some weight and I've already lost about 20 kg so now I weigh around 82 kg.
