My official score is 136. The online tests aren't accurate. My results on those have varied between 120s to 150s.

I took an online IQ test once and it said I had an IQ of 36. Otherwise, I've never taken an IQ test but I'd be interested in doing so.

EDIT: Took another online test and it gave me an 80. I'm just going to assume my IQ is below average.

Yeah, I don't think the online anything is any good since it's online so it's got to be crap.
I really like that one.

Well, there probably are good online tests, but I don't think that even those can truly compare to the professionally administered IQ tests.

Also, how to determine the difference in quality between the various online tests, and their accuracy? When there is a standard IQ test which is routinely used, it is a better measuring stick. A good analogy would be rulers. Any stick or piece of wood can measure, but without a standard sized stick that a number of people use, the measurements mean nothing.

I get erratic answers on my tests since I'm learning disabled, I was told that I'm roughly as intelligent as someone with an IQ of 140.

On the IQ test I was given when I was 11 I scored 137. Now it's probably somewhere in the low 140's, but it may have even dropped. XD

I think most people exaggerate about thier IQ score or don't have a proper test done by a professional. Oh well, whatever makes you feel better. :)

I was tested in school, in order to enter a gifted program, and scored 135. 130 was the minimum acceptable score. :)

I actually took an official IQ test just a couple weeks ago- the brand-spanking-new WAIS-IV. The psych claims that the scale only goes up to 160, and he dismissed its ability to reliably pin down any score above 130, so meh. My full-scale ended up 133 (what is apparently called the "very superior" range and slightly above the MENSA requirements) and my verbal IQ (which the psych said he would consider the most accurate measure of my intelligence) was 150. Other subtests, not so impressive. Processing speed was 105, working memory 122, and perceptual reasoning at 117. A rather odd profile of scores, and a broader distribution than is normal. The IQ of 133 doesn't seem to do much for me. :hmph:

My IQ is 111.

That is from my elementary school testing. Taking into account deviation/error, etc, the maximum my IQ could be is 119-123---based on the assumption that when I took the test I was performing at my lowest ability.

But I am confident in the score of 111 being accurate.

I took a quick little online test yesterday. Said my IQ is 130. Dunno where that ranks.
I did rank in the 98th percentile in math on the PSAT this year and 70th for math on the SAT when I was 13.

Online tests are a joke, they don't take alot of things into consideration, and are rather narrow in scope.
I am consistantly in the 115 to 140 IQ range on the majority of the online tests, and I think its the same
for most people who test online.

I know I'm well over 130. In the 99% percentile.

I did an official Mensa membership test twenty years ago and scored an IQ of 150. Not done a test since.

^I have been thinking about joining, mainly so I can use it on my resume. I never went to college so, in my case, I think it would be helpful. :chin: :)
