Currently undecided.

Well, parents are supposed to be the boss of children, but I don't want to be a dictator, I want to be the kind and friendly type.

Are children supposed to be the boss when their kids are adults? cuz my mom told me that when I was a adult. I was never really wanting her to be my friend; I was wanting her to better understand & accept my issues more.

No. Children overstrain me. I can't hear a baby screaming without having a mental breakdown. And I wouldn't want to be responsible for them. I would probably forget to feed them or forget them in the supermarket all the time. Raising a child on my own isn't something I'd like to do. On the other hand, I think I'd be a great aunt. I'd buy my niece/nephew sweets and books and force them to read them and I'd go to an amusement park or to the cinema. I'd try to give them good advice and teach them values.

I do, but no woman in her right mind would want to be their mother.

Yes. I'd like to adopt one child; maybe a child with a disability, and have another biological child.

It's too late for me, now----but, I'd always wanted 4 (two of each). If I allowed it, it could really be a total bummer, that I don't have children.

Yes, I love kids! They're so much fun! ^.^

They'd probably have to be adopted.

I would like to work with children, but not have them. I'd be a horrid parent.

I can barely handle my own life and making sure that I manage to eat and shower on a regular basis, I could never do that for a small child day in and day out. One of my close friends has a small baby (2 of them now) and I can barely handle hanging out with them because I get so stressed out by their lives now.

I work with kids (I am a math and science tutor), and I really enjoy helping them and spending time with them, but I can’t handle all of the daily routine things that parents have to do. Maybe someday I could see myself adopting a child, but that will require a steady lifestyle and a great partner.

I don't know.
I don't care if they have AS or not, but I just don't really know.

I am too old now to have kids of my own, but I would like to help children and teenagers with autism and Asperger syndrome. I think I would be good at it, because I could relate to a lot of what they are going through (feeling different, bullying, and the like).
