Well I did not know about asperger's syndrome until I was diagnosed. So far it has changed my life for the better. I know about people with AS, and I get along with them better.

One doctor dxed me as an aspie, another as HFA, but in the end they both agreed that I'm an aspie

I was diagnosed w/ Autism at 18 mos. than rediagnosed w/ PDD...& SID :roll: (I don't even know what the middle part was "Pervasive Developmental Disorder w/... & Sensory Integrative Disfunction was a mouthful when I was 4-5 & still is! :lol: ) My HS IEP just had "ASD". So I guess I'm just HFA. Easier to say than what's above :lol: .
