Well, guess it was bound to happen sooner or later.


Today I find out the company I work with will be laying off 'hundreds' of employees.. and having seen just how low companies like the one I work for are... I know that they'll start nitpicking on every single fault, every half-minute you're late clocking in, etc and 'build' up a case against you to fire you 'legally' so they can avoid paying unemployment.

So lets just say i'm already gagged, blindfolded and bound to the firing pole with the firing squad taking aim.


I feel bad for my co-workers. They have families and obligations (which I do not have) and it will be horrible for them if they get fired.

In my case, I was going to quit the company in 2 months time as i'm moving overseas but now I guess that income I was hoping to cash up on for the last 2 months will be dissapearing. That was my airfare buffer $$ :(

... and found out tomorrow, Monday, seems to be the day this will happen.

No. But it was a company that seems to have relied too much on selling mortgage securities. Hence, the axe falls.
