I haven't filled out a unicru application in years, but in retrospect I believe the type of question that always got me is the one that goes something like this: "If you saw a fellow employee steal $20 from the cash register and you knew she was a single mother with financial difficulties, would you inform management of the theft?"
That is the kind of situation that breeds my love-hate relationship with rules. But despite that I still can't lie, no I wouldn't tell management.
It seems neither honesty, nor flexibility with rules as applied to the plight of poor single mothers, are virtues in employment.
