I'm an aspie and man do i love my planes! I live under the approach to one of the runways in Sydney and occasionally planes will land over my house! I can easily spend an entire day watching planes either from home or at the airport. I also spend many hours on FSX as well. Not only that but i also have a nice collection of models as well.

Yep i am obsessed with planes! plus its the only thing i talk about lol.

I spent a few years fixing the planes that pilots broke, does that count?

I'm very similar. I love commercial jets and to study about airports and airlines. I would consider it my obsession and it's been there since I was a kid.

I tried flying an airplane once and got way overwhelmed... so not going to be a pilot.

I used to be a Helicopter Mechanic in the Royal Navy, that's why I got called NAMBO
Naval Aircraft Mechanic 1st Class was my rank.
Not allowed to fly however, you have to be an officer and I was a ranker.

I envy flying and hopefully someday I will save up enough roughly 8,000 to start flying solo.
The only downside it is extremely expensive.
