Disability help

I've been working on my application for benefits for disability (in the US) this past week, and I've gotten to the place where it says to provide additional info... and now I'm stuck. I have no idea what to put there! I've spent the day reading advice on completing the forms, and somewhere it was saying that there should be a place to explain how each disability is keeping you from working, but I didn't see that. Is that the kind of thing I'm supposed to write in the additional info section?
