Skill Assessments

I totally choke on any kind of assessments given by potential employers.
It doesn't matter how simple or how hard it is, I panic and my brain stops functioning.
When I do inevitably choke and fail royally I tell them I just don't do well under the gun like that but I think this also tells them I'm probably not going to do well under pressure anyway.
I was like this in school. I'd get straight As until the final exam.
Does this happen to anyone else? Have you found a way to overcome this?

Opposite. I enjoy tests and exams, but did poorly on homework (if I ever did homework at all).

I'm kind of questioning this myself. I don't think you can stop- start a skill anymore than you can deal with final outcomes. Basically, I may have found myself in an interview and my nerves are starting to get the better of me.
The problems surrounding the job to me are obvious as I detest a lot of noise, and it happens to be one. I'm worried that if I get it I'm going to fall short of working around these requirements. You can't evade noise in a tight enclosure.
As well as heat. Earplugs would look funny in front of other members of staff. Other thing is it will create financial instability for a number of months and universal credit hasn't even rolled out in my area yet. I won't receive help in this place. When it finally does, it will create as it has done already, problems.
I don't know if other countries have the same social security problems in any state. Or whether the state takes control of things, before the same methods to strike back are used against you.
