Trying to think what can I do...
We may have a stable, clean apartment now, but DHS decided to only give us 89 dollars in food stamps a month, even though after all bills there is only a couple hundred dollars left.
Anyway I need a job I think or I don't know how we're going to make it in the long run and my husband is like "your stuck on birds, there has got to be other stuff you can do" but I most importantly have the limitation of not being able to lift much which puts me out of the retail jobs. There are so many jobs in the care/medical sector but I don't have the training. My husband is like "why couldn't you drive to Ann Arbor or Toledo to work?" But even expanding my search area I'm not finding much. I need suggestions.

FINALLY diagnosed with ASD 2/6/2020
I am not sure if you have a Target in your area, but they were the most disability-friendly retail store that I've ever worked for. I was a fitting room attendant, so I folded clothes and gave people numbers - there wasn't any lifting required, and everything that I had to say was very scripted, making it doable. (We even had a script in the book for phone calls and announcements.) I think that Walmart is similar. If you list your disability, they do not make you lift things or operate heavy machinery (I couldn't do that because of dizzy spells.)
I work remotely for a publishing company right now as an editor/project manager and also write professionally. Have you looked into remote editorial jobs? Some are entry-level. Upwork has quite a few. I've also worked for Appen Global (various remote/online work - not writing/editing specific by any means, mostly crowdsourcing tasks.)
I hope that this was helpful at all. I have a number of diagnoses and can't drive, so I know what it's like to have fewer options than some.
