Last week i seen multiple colleagues in my department have meetings with our overall manager and getting a payriseas they were putting away letterheaded paper discretely .I was disappointed since i hadn't got one. I feel like there is favouristism in terms of staff in the same position as myself getting more training and progressing at a faster rate.I felt like other staff were favoured from day one when they started on the same day as me.
I feel other people are training and doing stuff outside of their job whilst i am stuck doing the day to day queries and getting fed up.
I emailed my manager asking for a catch up saying i would like to progress and take on more responsobilities and she responded to send her a meeting request in her diary.
it was only a few months agowhen the company had like a q&A session people were asking if they could have clear carrer pathways.
