I worked at WalMart & at a regional sporting goods store doing custodial stuff & I've done dishwashing at IHOP. The size of the company doesn't really matter to me. What's important is that I feel like I can do my job well & don't feel too much pressure from the job or from management.

I pretty much agree with this. As long as people leave me to get on with what I do best and don't drag me into office politics, pointless meetings, excessive bureaucracy or those terrifying team-building exercises that favour extroverts, I'm happy.

Non-existent, I haven't really had a paid job yet so I don't know the difference between how large or small a business is, however a large corporation has raised standards but that also means more people which bosses have to keep an eye on, as opposed to a small one which could be as small as 10 people and your boss might either be a very lenient amateur business person or an experienced manager who isn't afraid to let someone go. So my choice would be a large business, even though it demands more competition than a smaller one.

If I can, large.

Large companies MUST follow all rules, meaning rules with respect to disability, pay, safety, performance evaluation, etc.

They're a lot more predictable because you know what the rules are (and a lot of people know what they are) and they don't usually break employment laws because they're big enough that if they do, the government will crack down on them hard. Furthermore the routines tend to be more predictable meaning it's easier for Aspies to cope with it. They will also have more resources to provide accommodation should that be necessary. They also tend to have better training regimen, which means if you lack experience it could be a good place to get experience, even if they don't pay as well as smaller companies. Although I will tell you the company I work at while they have training regimen (and you must be on the clock to receive training) they are a waste of time... I don't complain because it's company time anyhow. But one learns very quickly to disregard them completely once they start working...

Small companies can get away with more, and if the owner likes you then it could be the best thing in the world, but if he doesn't he can just terminate you with impunity. They're also more likely to be more picky about hiring because they must have someone that can perform within unrealistic timeline.

I work against large companies & for small companies, or preferably I just work for good company because I'm a person who works for people & tries to ignore the companies.

An excellent point. If the values of the people who make up and run the company don't match yours, every day will be hell. When they are a good match, you feel encouraged & driven to do your best. Seems like it's somewhat random for smaller companies (although you can research them ahead of time) & larger corporations somewhat isolate or make generic their operations so the impact is dampened?

I haven't a clear preference about the size of the company or school which I work for.

Schools tend to merge together. The school were I work used to be small, but it merges together with other schools into a school group. Those groups merge together with even bigger groups with a giant foundation.

Until the last summer vacation in 2015, the location used to have 400 students and about 90 colleagues. Now it is a small and quiet location with about 160 students. Those students are very noisy and restless but there are really quite moments, that I think the average noise has been less than before.

The problem at this moment there are too many bosses above eachother. My current boss has a boss, who has a boss. He may even also have a boss, to whom he is responsible. Solving problems and complains can be a tough task because the colleagues has to communicate that to their boss, who has to commicate to his boss, who has to communicate to his boss, and so on.

I'm only entertained by the mayhem of giant companies with giant issues.

I agree with you. In the big companies employme has got more chances to improve himself.
In small business work often is without prospects for the development's employe. Moreover path career is unclear and often depends on relations with boss.

Another thing that conditions and equipment in big companies is on the highest level.
The most important thing often you've got access to the information, knowledge and the other bonus.
