you hit the proverbial nail on the head there, aardvark.

This is the third time this kind of long form application has worked well for me, but when I was in St Louis last spring, I sent out about 40 of those, and only got two interviews (both of which I rejected the job offer.)

I cannot handle a corporate environment, so the long application pretty much guarantees that those people wont call me back. ;)
