That is not always the best advice.

If you get a bad review, and the review is legit, it should be a learning experience.

If you get a bad review and it's obviously BS, then you might consider turning in your notice.

But quitting because someone pointed out legit work place faults is kicking the can down the road.

i cant go on quitting jobs just because someone points out to my lack of social skills and poor interaction/rapport with stakeholders and team mates
I dont know solution and leaving a job isnt best solution either
