I often find that a difficult question: Why are you suited to this job?

I find it difficult to look at myself in that way. I suppose being analytical and thorough and having an ability to focus are good traits and I mentioned those. I know that interviewers are hoping you are the person to fill the job because it makes their life easier if you are.

I think a lot depends now on whether they would feel comfortable employing someone with aspergers traits.

My perspective was: if having Asperger's can be at all a benefit, map it to the job criteria. It does require some forethought and very very clear speaking.

The job was for a software developer role which I have experience of and the positive traits of AS lend themselves well to it.
